Made-to-Order Production Policy

All products offered by Mehreen Siddique Couture are strictly made-to-order and produced upon confirmed purchase.

We do not maintain ready-to-ship inventory.
Production begins only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Each garment is handcrafted according to the design selected, size provided, and customization requested by the customer.
Production timelines vary depending on size, detailing, hand embroidery complexity, and seasonal demand.

Because each item is individually crafted, variations may occur as outlined below

Delivery & Production Timeline

Minimum production time is 3–4 weeks.
Delivery timelines may extend depending on:
- Garment size
- Custom measurements
- Embroidery detail and handwork complexity
- Bridal or couture-level finishing
- High-volume seasons (Eid, wedding season, holidays)

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier service and destination country.

We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details.

Product Variation Disclaimer

As all garments feature handcrafted embroidery and manual finishing:

Minor variations in thread placement, embroidery density, or detailing may occur.
Slight color differences may appear due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution.
These differences are not considered defects.

Each piece is uniquely handmade and may not be identical to sample images.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged:

The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographs and an unboxing video must be provided.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.
Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or incorrect storage will not be eligible for review.

Approved claims may result in repair at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

International Orders & Customs

For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Mehreen Siddique Couture shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
